An impressive, stone-built, spacious, free-standing villa, offering its guests privacy, tranquillity, amazing 270 degree sea views, impressive sunsets on the sea, living in nature, while enjoying luxurious living on the villa grounds.
Facing south-west, well protected from the meltemi prevailing summer winds, and sitting on a placid inlet with a tourist-less, non-accessible to the general public, 60-meter blue-green water beach.
The villa is built with traditional "old-style" uncut boulder technique, fully integrating it to its surrounding environment and is internally designer-decorated with attention aesthetic to detail.
It features in 300 square meters 3 separate autonomous apartments:

DESCRIPTION
INFINITY BEACH HOUSE
Capacity: 4 adults
A spacious country-modern living room with large sea-viewing windows and with monumental stone fireplace welcomes you, featuring a mahogany white round dining table for 6, large designer open-plan fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom (queen size bed) and en-suite bathroom with XL shower, one guest bedroom (two single beds) and with its own bathroom (XL shower), plus a storage/laundry room.
On the outside, lots of terrace space: 270m2 tiled-lined open terraces, 135m2 of reed shaded pergolas, terrace furniture including dining hall & chairs, wicker settee, sun-beds, sun chairs, dining table for alfresco dining for 8-12 people, stone coal-fired outside BBQ, outside shower, garden open air parking.
PI BEACH HOUSE
Capacity: 4 adults + 1 child
A new, independent, garden-level 100 sq. apartment, featuring its own living room with big sea-viewing bay window and immediate access to terrace and gaden plus a sleeper couch, modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen en-suite to living room, master bedroom (queen size bed) and en-suite designer bathroom with XL shower, one guest bedroom (two single beds) and with its own designer bathroom next door (XL shower).
The apartment combines quality living with the joy of a developed garden and easy access, safe and ideal for younger children while offering sea and sunset views n the outside. Guests spend endless hours on it private 100 sq. reed-shaded terrace in the garden, equipped with a dining table for 6, sun chairs and an outside settee.
IOTA GUEST SUITE
Capacity: 2 adults + 1 child.
An independent 35m2 open space large studio that includes an open bedroom (queen bed), a foldout sleeper – couch (full size), en-suite bathroom with shower, kitchenette. The Suite features its own 35 m2 tiled balcony with lounge chairs, small table with large umbrella shading. Own garden area.
Note: Both Pi and Iota Communicate with upper main villa level via external stone staircase in the north or a stone path in the west of the villa. Pis and Infinity only share certain garden and parking areas, making them totally autonomous

l'endroit est magnifique. ce qui surprend le plus en arrivant est l'incroyable vue à partir de la terrasse. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. L'acces à la petite plage juste en bas de la maison. c'est un endroit peu fréquenté ideal pour la baignade. Merci à nos hotes Michael et Ruth pour leur aide.And yet another wonderful stay with all four of you! Villa Aperon is absolutely beautiful and the view is fantastic. I haven’t slept so well in weeks.
